What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept the following forms of payment:
- Credit Cards: Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Discover
- Debit Cards: Debit cards featuring the Visa or Mastercard logo
If you are paying with a prepaid debit card, please ensure it is registered and enabled for online purchases before completing your order. Registration instructions are typically provided by the card issuer.
We also accept international credit and debit cards. Please note that some card issuers may charge foreign transaction fees when purchases are made in a currency different from your local currency. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
How secure is my payment?
Your payment security is extremely important to us. All transactions are verified with the card issuer and are only processed if authorization is granted.
In the event of a suspicious or declined transaction, we may contact you to confirm the validity of the order or cancel it with proper notification.
For all credit and debit card payments, CVV verification is required before an order can be completed.
Our website uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your personal and payment information during transmission. This is indicated by the secure “https://” prefix and the padlock icon in your browser’s address bar.
If a secure connection cannot be established, your confidential information will not be transmitted. If you experience any issues completing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
What is the security code (CVV)?
Credit and debit cards include a security code to provide additional protection against fraud.
For most cards, this is a 3-digit number located on the back of the card.
For American Express, the security code is a 3 or 4-digit number located on the front of the card.
When is my credit/debit card charged?
Your card is charged immediately after your order is placed. The transaction may initially appear as a pending authorization and will then be confirmed as a completed charge once the payment is approved.
