Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order through Zeta Trend, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure that you are fully informed about our return and refund procedures. These policies apply to orders placed within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
B. I Can’t Find My Return Label
Our packages do not include return labels. Please contact us at infozetatrend@gmail.com, and we will assist you with your return or exchange.
C. Return Process
To initiate a return, contact infozetatrend@gmail.com and include your order number and full name, proof of purchase, reason for return, and a photo or video of the damaged or defective item when applicable.
Once your return is received and confirmed (usually within 72 hours), you will receive a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
E. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for damaged products, incorrect products, wrong size, or defective items. To request an exchange, contact infozetatrend@gmail.com.
F. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect products. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the customer orders the wrong product. No restocking fees apply. Photos or videos of the received product are required in all return or exchange cases.
G. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued within 7 days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
H. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may be treated as a change-of-mind return.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the resulting loss.
