B. Action Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a proper and bona fide infringement notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

C. Counter-Notification Procedure

If we believe that the removed or disabled content is not infringing or that we have the legal right to use such content, we may submit a counter-notice including:

  1. Identification of the content removed or disabled and its previous location on the website.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that we have a good faith belief the content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Our full contact information.

If a counter-notice is received, we may forward it to the original complainant and inform them that the content may be restored within 10 to 14 business days, unless legal action is initiated.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents infringement may be subject to liability, including attorney’s fees.
