Cancel / Modify Order

We understand that sometimes customers may need to modify or cancel their orders. Therefore, we offer the following conditions for order modification or cancellation:

Customers have the right to modify or cancel their order within 6 hours of successfully placing the order.
After 6 hours, any request to cancel or modify the order will not be accepted, as the order will be locked for processing and sent to the carrier.

How to modify or cancel an order

To request a modification or cancellation, please follow these steps:

Prepare the required information, including the order emailorder number (provided in the order confirmation email), and specific details regarding the modification or cancellation request.
Send your request with the required information to infozetatrend@gmail.com, using the subject line:
[Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number]

Refunds for canceled or modified orders

Once we receive your request, we will respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 3 days of receiving the email and will correspond to the canceled order amount or the adjusted value of the modified order.
